Supportive, caring, patient, and the best service guaranteed. Unfortunately, I went instore to MTN for an uncapped deal and signed a 24 month contract on 28 October 2022. I have endless issues with routers failing, often no internet coverage, lets not mention the poor support and service. Because the 10 day cooling off period has passed I am stuck with them unless I pay out the contract. Completely disgusted. Word of advice - AFRIHOST is the best! Don't be hasty like me, get hold of Afrihost, their support team are helpful, their service is remarkable.

The best service I've ever received from an internet service provider. They even have me a free domain for a year. My family has been with them for decades and non of us have any complaints. I love Afrihost!

UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

Very happy with my experience with Afrihost! Ive been with them for 2 years now and I've never had an issue with my fibre! The times i have contacted them about hardware issues (my one router lived out its lifespan and i struggled with configuration with the new one) they were friendly and very knowledgeable! I recommend Afrihost to all my family and friends!
