I do not just rate any institution 5 stars as I do not believe in walking on water But for Afrihost I will. Been with them for more than 10 years and still waiting to complain !! :)

Have had great service level and technical assistance, down to isolating a Fibre fault between the road to my house, and they arranged all the admin for me. Highly recommend

At first I didn't know where to proceed after I got my account (clientzoned) activated but then I contacted the online help desk with whatsapp and it was quick and easy.

Much better after-sales support than Telkom, Vodacom, or Acorn Broadband. And so so easy to get help when you need it. I think others in the customer service industry could learn a few things from AfriHost
