I’m an Afrihost customer for more than 8 years now, first with hosting, then LTe then ADSL & now fibre. Service is excellent as the WhatsApp help desk works perfectly. Their agents are well trained and ask the right questions (I’m in IT support). Minimal downtime, even with load shedding.

Well managed and helpful. Migration of LTE from Cell C to Telkom was seamless but Telkom's inability to provide live data usage updates is a nuisance. I've subsequently been given a way of getting live usage updates via Huawei, which works very well.

I was very frustrated with the setup but the guy helped me on whatsap was very patient on me am grateful for that and I am connected now thank you Afrihost
