Afrihost is the best when it comes to customer service, they place a high standard on their service delivery and I cannot see myself with any other ISP. Even if Afrihost had to cost abit more, i'd pay more and save myself a ton of stress dealing with other ISP's with poor customer service.

Easy app to see invoices, top up airtime/data, etc. Friendly and helpful staff ready on whatsapp to answer questions and assist with problems.

Not being technically savvy I followed the instructions on the wizard with some trepidation... I was still unsure so asked for help to check my configuring. Along with a few more questions such as how to get wifi to my TV and is a LAN cable the same as the Ethernet cable🤔 my questions were patiently answered I am now up and running.... thank you.. 2nd time I take out a contract with Afrihost as my chosen ISP....and trust me I would do it again 100 times over. Fast and efficient, lovely consultants who are knowledgeable whilst still remaining friendly with a great sense of humour. Super happy client!
