I think Afrihost has great customer service. The ladies at the front desk are always so happy and greet you with a smile. The ticketing system is prompt and the team at the back are always incredibly helpful.

Best friendly service... best communication method for Deaf client even i don't have fibre in my area yet but they very helpful and i recommend any Deaf client should contact Afrihost if you have fibre in your area... Cant wait to have fibre in my area...and this whatsapp service is so Deaf friendly...only communicate in TEXT not call...

Yesterday i had problems with activation of my WIFI a guy called Simon was my consaltant who called after i sent a please call he then called me again to try fix it i was a little on the edge but he never gave up till my problem was solved. He was brilliant and made us laugh in the process. I would request for him everytime i have a problem.
