I somehow managed to lose my Wi-Fi connection on all my devices. I contacted Afrihost and spoke to Tutu. He was very helpful, and assisted me via the Afrihost WhatsApp chat. We setup my Wi-Fi name and new password, and I was up and running on all my devices in no time. Thanks Tutu, and Afrihost for the excellent service. This is rarely found nowadays! Well done

It's all on the website of course, the help I needed, just not as familiar with jargon and such... chatted with Owen on Wgatsapp Chat, he lustened, paid attention and sorted my query. I am overall very happy with Afrihost. There are the odd occasions where the First line support doesn't have all the info on network outages and so forth, but they always do what they can to assist. Response times on E-mail and WhatsApp has been the best for me out of all the other providers I have had over the years.
